Industrial Scaffolding Training Center

Hybrid Education Model Combining 15 Years of Field Experience with Digital Systems

Why Are Traditional Trainings Inadequate in the Field?

65% of industrial accidents are scaffolding-related, and the root cause of these accidents is usually inadequate or ineffective training. Law No. 6331 and related regulations have made competency-based scaffolding training a legal requirement. However, theoretical and tedious classroom training conducted merely for the sake of compliance does not foster real behavioral change in the field and does not eliminate the risk of accidents.

SWL’s Solution: The Future of Scaffolding Training Model

As SWL Industrial Scaffolding Training Center, we offer the Hybrid Training Model that breaks the boundaries of traditional education. This model combines the flexibility of digital technology, the deep experience of expert trainers, and the permanence of real field application into a single comprehensive program.

The 3 Core Strengths of Our Hybrid Model

1. Expert Instructor Team: Experience from the Field
Our instructors are not just theorists; they are engineers and technicians with over 15 years of active field experience. With experience from over 500 successful training programs, they adapt international standards (BS, EN, NASC) to field conditions in Turkey and offer practical solutions to any problems that may arise.

2. Innovative Digital Education Platform:
The SWL E-Learning platform makes learning engaging through gamification techniques, 3D models, and interactive scenarios. Participants complete their theoretical knowledge at their own pace, with 24/7 access, eliminating workforce loss and transportation costs.

3. Realistic Field Applications:
The only way to make theoretical knowledge permanent is through practical application. Our training is conducted on real equipment and set-up scaffolding, with immediate feedback from our instructors. Through active error detection and correction sessions, we ensure that every piece of information learned is transformed into the correct habit in the field.
