Project Site Pre-Installation Inspection Service

This stage refers to the critical engineering and planning process that involves the design and planning of the scaffolding system specifically for the site where it will be installed, as well as the anticipation of all risks.

Summary Control Scope:
  • Conducting a ground survey and verifying the load-bearing capacity.
  • Performing structural calculations and static analyses of the scaffolding system.
  • Quality and standard compliance control of materials to be used.
  • The creation of relevant plans, conducting risk analyses, and developing emergency procedures.
  • Verification of the project’s compliance with relevant national and international standards and regulations.

Post-Installation Initial Inspection Service for Project Site

Following the completion of the scaffolding installation, it is the first comprehensive technical inspection that confirms the system is ready for use in a manner that is compliant with projects and standards and is safe.

Basic Audit Criteria:
  • Systematic inspection of all connection points and joint elements.
  • Verification of structural integrity and stability.
  • Inspection of collective safety equipment such as guardrails and kick plates.
  • Verification of the declared load-bearing capacity through engineering calculations. (Including distributed and point load scenarios)
  • Review of safe access routes and emergency procedures.

Project Site Weekly Routine Inspection Service

These are systematic checks carried out to proactively identify potential nonconformities and risks in order to ensure that the scaffolding maintains safety standards throughout its period of use.

Summary Control Scope:
  • Inspection of the overall condition and stability of the pier.
  • Integrity and tightness checks of main connection elements (keys, flanges, etc.).
  • Examination of the structural integrity of work platforms, kick plates, and guardrails.
  • Confirming that all access points and stairs are secure and stable.
  • Checking the validity and visibility of scaffolding tags and warning signs.

Project Site Monthly Detailed Inspection Service

This comprehensive inspection, carried out by our qualified engineers, not only assesses the current condition of the structure but also thoroughly analyzes its structural performance in response to operational and environmental impacts.

  • Re-examination of structural elements in terms of corrosion, deformation, etc.
  • Technical inspection of critical connection points and joint details.
  • Reanalysis of load distribution and safety factors based on current operational loads.
  • Analysis of the cumulative effects of environmental factors such as wind, precipitation, and temperature on structures.
